The ideas of fluid mechanics and boundary layers were the entrance to the field of frictional forces for a lot of engineers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digital-noises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/1934airflow.jpg\" alt=\"Chrysler Airflow, Carl Beer (1934)\" \/><br \/>\n(Chrysler Airflow, Carl Breer 1934)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At the beginning of the 1920s the streamlined shape was detected. Streamlining was the result of Paul Jaray&#8217;s (* march 11th, 1889 \u2014 \u2020 september 22th, 1974) experiments at the wind tunnel. The new aerodynamic shape forming found it&#8217;s main use at the automotive engineering of the early 1930s.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.digital-noises.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/06\/im0482_zp.jpg\" alt=\"Hoover Staubsauger Streamline\" \/><br \/>\n(Hoover)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Later various product designers adopted the idea of speed.
